SEL using makerspaces and passion projects in libraries connect CASEL's SEL Framework to tips, projects and resources that can be utilized in libraries. These projects are aimed as students in grades 3-6, but could easily be adapted to older or younger groups. The resources in this talk are based upon over a decade of experience building a makerspace from the ground up, scaffolding passion projects for thousands of students and adapting projects post-pandemic.
